PURPOSE:To heighten accuracy for conversion processing and to provide the automatic registration of the managing data of an exceptional word dictionary. CONSTITUTION:This system is comprised so that the conversion processing of an exceptional word can be executed according to the exceptional word dictionary 12 by employing such constitution that the exceptional word representing an exceptional pronunciation rule is managed separately by the exceptional word dictionary 12, and the learning of an internal state value which regulates the data conversion function of a neural network 11 can be also executed without using the exceptional word, and the conversion processing of words other than the exceptional word is executed according to the neural network 11. Also, it is comprised in such a way that the word with high learning error is specified as the exceptional word when the internal state value is learned, and it is registered on the exceptional word dictionary 12. |
