PURPOSE:To eliminate a defective tracking while an optical disk is rotated faster than a normal speed. CONSTITUTION:The production device of an optical disk 2P substrate consists of a stamper 1, a glass discord pressing plate facing the stamper, a driving mechanism which presses the pressing plate and the stamper and a motor which is a driving power source of the driving mechanism. Moreover, more than three reference members 2, which are located in the periphery of the stamper and at an equal distance L1 from the track circle center (where L1 is larger than a radius r of the substrate) are provided. By this arrangement, a high quality 2P substrate is produced with a very small deviation between the center of the rotation and the centroid of the disk (a second amount of eccentricity is less than 10mum). Having this arrangement, a tracking defect is eliminated. |
