PURPOSE:To form positive and negative power supplies by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An IGBT2 is provided as a switching element in series to a xenon discharge tube 1, to supply a control signal from a timer circuit 5 to a gate of this IGBT2 through transistors 3, 4 of push-pull constitution. One end of a trigger capacitor 6 is grounded through an SCR7 and a Zener diode 8 and also grounding the other end through a primary coil of a transformer 9 and a Zener diode 10, and a secondary coil of this transformer 9 is connected to a trigger electrode 11 of the xenon discharge tube 1. Further, for instance, a power supply terminal 12 of +12V is connected to one end of the trigger capacitor 6 and also to one end of the xenon discharge tube 1. One end of a shutter contact 13 is connected to the SCR7 and also to the timer circuit 5. Cathodes of the Zener diodes 8, 10 are respectively connected to emitters of the transistors 3, 4. |
