SEPARATING PAWL FOR COPYING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To stably obtain the separating pawl for a copying machine having excellent dimensional stability, thermal deformation resistance and non-tacky adhesive characteristic without decomposing polyimide having a specific repeating without during a working stage by using this polyimide. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consisting of 50 to 90wt.% polyimide having the repeating unit expressed by formula and 10 to 50wt.% acicular packing material having <=8pH value or a polyimide resin compsn. consisting of 50 to 90wt.% polyimide, 5 to 40wt.% acicular packing material and 5 to 30wt.% solid lubricant and contg. the acicular packing material and the solid lubricant in the total ratio of 10 to 50wt.% of the total compsn. is used. The molding obtd. by injection molding is heat treated for a prescribed period of time at a prescribed temp. and thereafter a resin essentially consisting of a fluorocarbon resin, such as tetrafluoroethylene, is melted on the surface thereof at the time of baking to form the continuous fluorocarbon resin on the surface. The separating pawl for the copying machine having the improved non-tacky adhesive property on the surface is thus obtd.
