<p>PURPOSE:To provide a charge controlling agent for a toner and a toner having excellent safeness and enough electrification property and other toner characteristics. CONSTITUTION:This electrostatic charge image developing toner contains one or more kinds of charge controlling agents and compds. for toner expressed by formula I or formula II. In formula I, A and R is aromatic cyclic residues and the hydroxyl group and the amide group in formula couple to the aromatic ring A at adjacent substituent positions to each other. In formula II, A<1>, A<2>, R<1>, and R<2> are aromatic cylic residues, hydroxyl groups and amide groups in formula couple to aromatic rings A at adjacent substituent positions to each other, and n is an integer.</p> |
