<p>PURPOSE:To allow the circuit to cope with processing of destuff caused continuously by suppressing destuff jitter caused through destuff processing in the unit of bytes. CONSTITUTION:A missing clock density control circuit 20 outputs a missing control signal S5 controlling a missing production density with respect to a reception clock signal S2 based on a destuff control signal S3. A missing clock generating circuit 30 interleaves parts of the reception clock signal S2 based on a missing control signal S5 and outputs the result to a phase comparator circuit 40 as a reference clock signal S6.</p> |
