TERMINAL FOR PRINTED BOARD AND TERMINAL RELAYING SOCKET

PURPOSE:To provide terminals for a printed board by a method wherein a metal terminal group having the same arrangement and shape with the electric parts is made to project on one side of a support of a plate insulator and a rod-shaped terminal group is made to project on the other side in connection to this terminal group at a proper arrangement. CONSTITUTION:A base body 4 has a through-hole 4 at the center, guide holes 4d and notches 4e at the four corners, and projections 4f near the hole 4c of the underside 4a. The arrangement and the shape of a terminal group 1 are the same, for instance, with those of an integrated circuit(IC) while a terminal group 2 on the projection surface is zigzag obliquely arranged to the straight arrangement direction of the underside terminal group. Accordingly the terminal interval can be sufficiently taken so as to facilitate connection. This terminal 10 is face-mounted on the connection part on the printed board through the terminal group 1 by soldering. The terminal 10 can be also temporalily fixed to the printed board through the hole 4 by means of a female screw and a screw 5 so as to improve workability. A fixed point on the printed board is connected to a corresponding part of the other circuit bloc by connecting a prescribed leading wire group 7 to the terminal groups.
