<p>PURPOSE:To scrap a large quantity of waste vehicles in short time and to efficiently recover the resource by charging a heat-resistant pot incorporated with cut vehicle pieces into a continuous heating furnace while using a pusher. CONSTITUTION:Provisionally collapsed vehicles 1 are carried by a lifting magnet 2 and fed to lower part of a collapsing and cutting press 3 by a vehicle extrusion cylinder 15. The provisionally collapsed vehicles 1 are collapsed, and at the same time, collapse-cut in the vertical direction by an edge 16. The obtd. collapse-cut vehicles 4 are fed to the lower part of a cutting press 5 by the vehicle extrusion cylinder 15 and cut in the horizontal direction by a blade 17. The obtd. cut vehicle pieces 6 are charged into the heat resistant pot 12 by a carrying machine 7. This heat resistant pot 12 is shifted into the continuous heating furnace 9 by a pusher 13. In the continuous heating furnace 9, combustible material is semi-burnt and recovered as oil. Successively, temp. in the furnace is held at about 800 deg.C to recover molten Al 18 and further, copper, etc., is recovered in the following heating range and at last, iron, glass, ceramic, etc., are recovered.</p> |
