PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute the recognition of the images of electronic parts having the diversified external sizes from the small parts to the large parts, which are sucked with a sucking nozzle of an electronic-part mounting machine, without changing the arrangement of lighting devices. CONSTITUTION:A TV camera 2 is provided so as to face the edge of a sucking nozzle 5, which is sucking electronic parts. Lighting devices 10A and 10B are arranged at the side parts of the sucking nozzle 5. The central part of the light of each lighting device is emitted on the tip part of the sucking nozzle 5 at the slightly inclined angle on the side of the attaching base part of the sucking nozzle 5 with respect to the plate, which passes through the tip of the sucking nozzle and which is orthogonal to the central axis Z of the sucking nozzle 5. |
