PURPOSE:To surely support a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:By vibrating a vibrater 1 with bend and giving velocity and detecting the vibration caused by the Coriolis force Fc generated in y axis direction in the case that angle velocity OMEGA is received around z axis, a vibration gyro measures the angle velocity OMEGA. Cone shape bag holes 6 are drilled on the vibrator 1 and support pins 5 with spherical tip are coupled in the cone shape bag holes 6. By this, it is able to reduce a mechanical effect to the vibrator 1 and to be hard to receive the noize and the like due to external vibration and the like, and thus, the vibrator 1 is surely supported with the support pins 5. |
