PRODUCTION OF INJECTION MOLDED OBJECT

摘要

PURPOSE:To reutilize a waste material of painted car parts as an injection molded object of various uses by markedly improving the impact resistance of a composition containing said waste material as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:A waste material of painted car parts made of an olefinic resin is ground and 0.5-20 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin (a), 0.25-10 pts.wt. of an olefinic elastomer (b), 0.01-1 pts.wt. of a copolymer of ethylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof (c) and 0-4 pts.wt. of talc (d) are compounded with 100 pts.wt. of the ground matter and the obtained compound is subjected to injection molding to produce an injection molded object.
