<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for regenerating high density, high strength foamed polyurethane molded products without causing the air pollution due to organic solvents used in adhesives because of the bonding of foamed polyurethane with adhesives in conventional methods being made unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:Particles of 3-8mm in size obtained by crushing thermosetting foamed polyurethane are preheated at 100-l80 deg.C for 5 minutes or more, and the thickness of the product is controlled with the land spacer of a mold so that the temperature in the mold is in a range of 190-210 deg.C and the density is 0.50-0.85/cc. In this way, the method for regenetrating foamed polyurethane by heating, compressing, and molding is provided.</p> |
