<p>PURPOSE: To execute an accurate application of a glue liquid by carrying out the correction control of basic values corresponding to a desired pattern of application with specific parameters at the time of applying the glue liquid in a strip form in accordance with the desired pattern of application on a travelling web. CONSTITUTION: The glue liquid is applied in the strip form on the web 1, which continuously travells via a pair of deflecting rollers 14, 2, from a nozzle 6 through a valve 8, which is operated and, controlled in accordance with the desired pattern of application and is provided on an application head 4 connected to a glue liquid supply pipe 5. The parameters such as a space I between a sensor 13 and the nozzle 6, a space (a) between the nozzle 6 and the web 1, the halt time of the valve 8 and a valve operation unit 9, the viscosity and supply pressure of the glue liquid are further inputted into a computer 22 of an auxiliary controller 19, are outputted to the valve operation unit 9 via a delay element 17, the basic values are corrected and the operation of the valve 8 is controlled in accordance with the basic values corresponding to the desired pattern of application, in which the operating point of the operation control of the valve 8 is stored in a memory 11, and the pulse value outputted from the sensor 13.</p> |
