The monoclonal antibodies (MAb) against human TNF-BPI (tumour necrosis factor-binding protein I), designated tbp-1,-2 and -6, and their active fragments are new. Also new are the hybridoma cell lines TBP-1,-2 and -6 (ECACC 91060555, 91060556 and 91112811) which produce these MAb.
