Alarm and bearing transmitter with currency defacement system - protects high-value package transport vehicle by activating radio security link and spraying dye over banknotes

The system performs simultaneously the three functions of transmission of an alarm over the vehicle's radiocommunication system, activation of the radio direction-finding beacon in, e.g. the cash-box, and marking of all banknotes contained with a particular dye which renders them worthless to a robber or thief. The alarm is triggered by a leather or similar strap in the hand of a crew member on the vehicle, which switches on the transmitter and electrical circuitry energising the dye nozzle. USE/ADVANTAGE - On vehicles used for transport of currency and valuables, load is effectively protected against robbery or theft.
