<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the said manufacturing apparatus that is low in cost and exellent in workability by a method wherein the locating member of a metal mold that is an independent member is fixed on the back of the metal mold and on a plate, and connection with the locating member can be released when the metal mold is made to slide in a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:After a surface plate 18 is mounted on a plate 12 and a frame body 19 is set, a metal mold 10 that is an independent member is made to slide on the plate 12 in a longitudinal direction and set. This setting is carried out by attaching the front ends of the guide plates 14 on a member 11 to the rollers 16 on a member 13. Foam molding is conducted in stacking the set framework on a foaming truck 22. When, after the end of the foam molding, the framework is taken out of the truck 22 and the metal mold 10 is slided toward an arrow direction B by the use of the handle 20 of the metal mold 10, the guide plates 14 on the member 11 and the rollers 16 on the member 13 are removed, the metal mold 10 can move toward an arrow direction C and be removed readily.</p> |
