<p>PURPOSE:To attain the high speed and economizing processing at the time of a service by rationalizing an input operation at a terminal. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a communication terminal 1 equipped with a communicating function, information display function, and data inputting function, access point 3 interposing between the communication terminal 1 and a host computer 2, and the host computer 2 which holds the information of store data, and operates an order task at the time of an access from an access point 3. The communication terminal 1 is equipped with a detachable additive information storage part 4 which stores inside, the characteristic information of a user and the user ID of a caller and service user individual information concerned with the caller are communicated to the access point 3 before a communication with the host computer 2. The access point 3 is equipped with a caller characteristic information processing part 5 which temporarily holds the information, and inputs it to the host computer 2 instead of the caller at the time of the completion of the order processing of the user.</p> |
