<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the initializing device profitable for a chip area to initialize a RAM or various registers at a one-chip microcomputer at high speed in the case of resetting a CPU. CONSTITUTION:In the case of resetting the CPU, a counter part 3 counts clock inputs 11, and the data of an address bus 7 are successively incremented by a bus driver 5. In the case of resetting the CPU, a control part 4 similarly fixes the data of a data bus 8 to an initial value by a bus driver 6 and always continuously outputs a write request signal 12. Thus, a RAM 2 is initialized at high speed like one address per clock.</p> |
