PURPOSE:To restrict shock accompanying change-over of air-fuel ratio and decrease NOx exhaust quantity, by making the lockup mechanism of an automatic trausmission nonlockup condition compulsively, at change-over of the air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 3 receives each intake air quantity Q, engine cycle N, and water temperature Tw from an air flow meter 5, a crank angle sensor 6, and a water temperature sensor 7, computes basic fuel injection quantity corresponding to theoretical air-fuel ratio from the intake air quantity Q and the cycle N, decides water temperature increase correction coefficient from water temperature Tw, and increases and corrects the fuel injection quantity when water temperature Tw is below 70 deg.C. Whether it is in a lean range or a ternary range, is detected from a relational table of the engine cycle N and the basic fuel injection quantity, when the water temperature Tw is over 70 deg.C. Change-over speed is retrieved and decided by the fixed process according to that result and the mechanism is made nonlockup condition. |
