<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sole to which a rivet can be screwed without stripping of respective members from each other by using a mold having a smooth bottom surface with a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body consisting of a lower sole 1 made of unvulcanized rubber and a similar intermediate layer 2 is prepared and provided in proper positions with inserting holes 3. A seat 4 of a plate 6 is fitted on the inserting hole 3 and an upper sole 7 made of crosslinked foamed plastic or vulcanized foamed rubber is mounted on the upper surface of these holes and seat so that the sole is provided under proper heating and pressurizing conditions by a mold having the smooth bottom surface with a cavity.</p> |
