The support bush (5) has an axial hole (6) in which the axle of the dustbin wheel (2) can be inserted, slots (11) on the front part (9) to set the bush in the hole (12) of the wheel (2), clamps (7) locking in an annular groove (4) on the axle (1) and a cylindrical rear part. The front part (9) of the bush has a bulge (13) seizing behind the edge (14) of the hole and has an inner annular groove (18) for seizing the annular bulge (19) of the cover-cap (20). The wheel is positioned at the stop-edge (15) on the bush-part (16). ADVANTAGE - Parts can be recycled and cheaply produced.
