The invention relates to an alarm connection for doors and the like, consisting of a pin 6 in the edge surface of the butt hinge side of a door 2, a recess 4 in the frame 1 and an electric circuit for an alarm device. Alarm and other functions can easily be removed from and added to the alarm connection according to the invention provided that the recess 4 is provided with two contacts 11 running to the electric circuit 10 and the pin has an electrically conductive part 12 which can close the electric circuit. Since it is not therefore necessary to connect electric wires to the pin, the pin can be made easily detachable from the door, functions being able to be activated by the insertion of a pin 6 in bores 13 in the door directly in front of desired recesses 4. <IMAGE>
