The method involves the use of a suitable mobile telephone or videophone (BT) to call a number to obtain a graphic interface matching the size of the telephone display and presenting the browser whose functions can be controlled by speech input. The user selects one of the offered functions by speech input, which is interpreted by an algorithm (Algorithm 1). Another algorithm (Algorithm 2) interprets the web page and transfers it to the telephone in a capacity saving form, or in complete form if full text is selected.
