A mineral-bituminous road mix, containing as a filler volatile ashes from hard coal burning, characterised in that it contains volatile ashes constituting a filler, characterised by the content of grains smaller than 0.075 mm over 60 percent m/m, not burnt coal below 5 percent, calcium oxide CaO below 15 percent m/m, silicon dioxide SiO2 below 50 percent m/m and aluminium oxide Al2O3 below 35 percent m/m, and the capacity of ash grains lesser than 0.075 m/m in the mix does not exceed 40 percent preferably, 35 percent of binder and optionally contains an addition of cation surface active agent in the amount from 0.05 to 1.0 percent, preferably from 0.1 to 0.4 percent of binder's mass.
