PURPOSE:To obtain a cement admixture capable of providing a cement composi tion capable of readily control operation time and having excellent initial strength developing property, dimensional stability and freezing and melting resistance. CONSTITUTION:The object cement admixture and cement composition contains calcium phloroaluminate of the formula xCaO.yAl2O3.zCaF2 [x/y/z=1/(0.65-2.0)/(0.01-0.32)], inorganic sulfuric acid salt and free CaO-containing material as main components.
