PURPOSE:To obtain high efficiency heat exchanger tubes which are designed to vaporize and cool low temperature liquid like a refrigerator and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION:While rotating a heat exchanger raw material tube 6, a metal small-gauge wire is wound up spirally on the surface of the heat exchanger raw material tube 6. Furthermore, metal powder is sprayed from a spray nozzle 4. This construction makes it possible to manufacture high efficiency heat exchange tubes having porous fins which are made of the metal small-gauge wire 5 wound up on the surface of the heat exchanger raw material tubes as a core material.
