PURPOSE:To smoothly excavate forward a horizontal hole by rotating screw- form excavating members round the axis, excavating the soil, exhausting water- absorptive highpolymer substance from the excavating members, and agitating with the soil. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of screw-form excavating members 11, 12, 13, 1i are coupled together into a line and rotated round the axis by a driving means 2 to excavate a horizontal hole in the soil. Therein water-absorptive highpolymer substance is exhausted from the excavating members 11, 12, 13, 1i and agitated with the soil, and the soil is exhausted smoothly to the outside. Thereby soil attachment to the surfaces of vanes of the members 11, 12, 13, 1i is precluded to facilitate excavation of holes such as horizontal hole. |
