PURPOSE:To remove the fish smell of a stock material such as dried bonito, improve the flavor of a cooked food, a soup, etc., which is seasoned with the stock material, etc., and improve the taste. CONSTITUTION:Dried bonito (95wt.%) and finely ground green tea (5wt.%) are compounded with each other, and subsequently packed in a permeable paper pack. The pack is used as a composition of the stock together with other seasonings and water cook taros. The taros cooked with the stock material composition do not have any fish smell and have a good flavor, while taros cooked with only the dried bonito have a fish smell. |
