PURPOSE: To provide glasses that a golfer wears to facilitate the alignment of a golf ball and a target. CONSTITUTION: These glasses for golf are supported by glasses frames 1 and include an optical means 2 having an upper region C1 which is dark and inclined and a transparent lower region C2 . The regions C1 and C2 are separated by discontinuous lines 3a, 3b which are inclined for horizontal lines by angles between 5 to 15 degrees each, and the discontinuous lines 3a, 3b are constituted by two parts which are parallel but not arranged in order, 3a, 3b. These separation lines 3a, 3b are directed downward from the left to the right when viewed from the outside of the glasses in case of a person who is right-handed for glasses and downward from the right to the left in case of a person who is left-handed for glasses. Two parts 3a, 3b are positioned in front of respective eyes and are offset in the direction of crossing of the separation lines by a distance H of an order of 2mm only when the glasses are used.
