PURPOSE:To improve the lubrication performance at a spline connecting part of a driving device to a driven gear by connecting an inner wall of a transmission casing to a communicating cutout, and providing a plurality of protruded parts to guide the transmission oil scattered by the driven gear to a boss space. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear driven by an external input and a driven gear 14 supported by a bearing to a boss part 30 and driven by the driving gear are arranged inside of a transmission casing IC. A driving device is arranged outside of the casing 1C. Furthermore, the driving device and the driven gear 14 are spline-connected in a boss space SP held by a bearing 20 and the driving device. A cutout 31 communicating the boss space SP with the space in the casing 1C is formed in the boss part 30. In this constitution, the inner wall of the casing 1C and both ends of the cutout 31 are connected to each other, and a plurality of protruded parts 20, 21 to guide the transmission oil scattered by the driven gear 14 are provided.
