PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic power circuit which reduces the problem of the conventional technology that a power element needs to be of excessive size to resist an abrupt surge of a voltage accompanying switching due to the formation of a parasitic switch loop with a high inductance. SOLUTION: This electronic power device comprises support plates 3, each having one surface receiving one or more power components 31 and an opposite surface, in contact with a cooling fluid for cooling the said power elements 31 by conduction; and at least one support plate 3 is associated with another support plate 3, disposed facing it and provided with similar power components 31, and the power components 31 of the two facing support plates 3 are disposed facing one another and in the immediate vicinity of one another. |
