PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system capable of providing information by downloading without taking time. SOLUTION: This system is an information providing system provided with a terminal device capable of reading recorded information data of a recording medium in which incomplete information data obtained by making complete information data being partially short of therein are recorded, and an information managing device having supplemental information data for restoring original information data by supplementing the incomplete information data made to be transmissive across the terminal device. The terminal device has a means for receiving the supplemental information data by data transmission from the information managing device, a means for reading the incomplete information data from the recording medium, and a synthesis means for synthesizing the received supplemental information data and the read incomplete information data. |
