<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the quality, strength of a fork member to be connected with a damper for a suspension device and to improve the manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION:When a fork stock 8 having a body 6 to be an annular connecting part 3 of a fork member to be connected with a damper for a suspension device and projecting parts 7a, 7b to be arm parts 5a, 5b is extruded and molded and a fork molded body 10 to be a fork member with a cut surface 9 crossing in the extruding direction is cut out, the manufacturing man hour can be simplified and the manufacturing efficiency be improved. The annular connecting part 3 of this fork member is connected with the outer casing in the fitting state to form the damper for the suspension device having a fork member integrally.</p> |
