摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid worsening of productivity, so that baking temperature control can be improved, by interposing a halfmanufacture product of finishing preliminary drying sheet by sheet by a thermal conductive interim plate and pressure plate, and further pressing the product left as interposed to bake it in a convection heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen storage alloy powder is crushed, to perform electroless copper plating by using a plating solution, and kneaded by adding PTFE dispersion to this powder, and after preliminary molding into a sheet shape, the powder is pressure bonded to both surfaces of a nickel expander metal to form a halfmanufacture product 1. Preliminary drying of the product 1 is performed in a vacuum chamber 2, and a predetermined number of sheets of the products 1 and an intermediate plate 3 are alternately laminated and placed on a pressure plate 4. Next, a pressure plate 5 of the same shape to the plate 4 is piled on the laminated product, and bolts 61 are inserted to through holes 43 to apply a pressure to the laminated product by fitting a washer 62, spring 63 and a nut 64 to the bolt 61. Then, the compressed laminated product is arranged in a convection heating furnace and baked. In this way, temperature dispersion between the baked products can be decreased very small to improve productivity in a baking process.
