<p>PURPOSE:To get a resistor element where the change of resistance value by the self heat generation during use is suppressed. CONSTITUTION:A resistor film pattern 1 is made on the surface of a substrate 3, and areas where conductive films 4 are formed and areas where they are not formed are provided alternately on the surface of the resistance film pattern 1. By these, the areas where the conductive films 4 are formed hardly generate heat, and radiate the heat of the areas where the conductive films are not formed. Hereby, the temperature rise of the resistor film pattern is suppressed, and the change rate of a resistance value is suppressed.</p> |
