PURPOSE:To provide a film and the method of its application for covering-curing long-size material contaminated at its outer surface by radioactive material or the like. CONSTITUTION:A film tube 1 is formed to be expandable, and long-size material (cured material) 5 is inserted in the contracted state of the tube 1. The tube 1 is then expanded gradually in association with the movement of the long-size material 5 to cover the long-size material 5. The long-size material (cured material) 5 is thus covered (cured) in a simple way to prevent the diffusion of radioactive contamination. |
