PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing operation of a modulation-circuit module, to increase the productivity of the title device and to suppress the level of an undesired radiation to be low. CONSTITUTION:A through-type capacitor is eliminated from an input/output terminal part for a modulation-circuit module 8 which is covered with shielding cases 6a, 6b; a low-pass filter is constituted inside a flexible cable 12 as an input/output line for the modulation-circuit module 8; in addition, a wave absorber 13 is installed at the input/output terminal part; the flexible cable 12 is held so as to be sandwiched. Thereby, even when an undesired radiation is generated by a modulation circuit board 5, it is absorbed by the wave absorber 13 together with the low-pass filter inside the cable 12, and it is possible to prevent the undesired radiation from being leaked to the outside of the shielding cases 6a, 6b. |
