<p>PURPOSE:To provide a plug-in type lightning arrester high in insulation performance and excellent in safety. CONSTITUTION:A characteristic element 12 is housed in a metal outer cylinder 11. A contact 13 at the side of a lightning arrester is installed in end of this characteristic element in advance. A flange part 11a is installed in one end of the metal outer cylinder 11, and this flange part 11a is clamped to a bushing 2. A keep fitting 16 is attached to an inner part at the other side of the metal outer cylinder, receiving the other send of the characteristic element by this keep fitting. Rubber is molded in the metal outer cylinder, thereby forming a rubber molding part 15, and a recess 15c for having the bushing fitted in an end of this rubber mold part. When this bushing is fitted in the recess 15c, the arrester side contact being connected to the bushing side contact being installed in an inner conductor of the bushing is preinstalled in one end of the characteristic element 12.</p> |
