PURPOSE:To make a lock member locking a main body unit and a battery unit for an electronic equipment such as a portable telephone set exchangeable as a component single body. CONSTITUTION:This equipment consists of a main body unit 5 and a battery unit 1 fitted in freely attachably and detachably to a fitting part 7 provided in the main body unit 5 and whose one end is supported by the engagement between a lock part 8 and a locked part 3 and whose other end is fixed via a lock means. The lock means is provided with a recessed lock part provided in the other end face of the battery unit 1, a mount part 9 provided in a recessed from to the other end of the fitting part 7 of the main body unit 5 and having a lock groove 10 at both sides, a stationary part 17 fixed detachably to the mount 9 having a locking projection 21 engaging with the lock groove 10 at both sides and a lock member 16 comprising a moving part 20 having a lock claw 19 engaged elastically with the lock part 4 of the battery unit 1 in continuity with the stationary part 17.
