PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress an electromagnetic wave from entering from the outside space and from leaking to the outside space via a transmission cable disposed penetrating an electromagnetic wave shielding body. SOLUTION: A loss dielectric body 16 is outer-fitted on part of a transmission cable 14 near an electromagnetic shielding body 12, and a magnetic body 18 is outer-fitted on part of the transmission cable 14 via the loss dielectric body 16 and is covered with a skin conductor 20 grounded to the electromagnetic shielding body 12.
