PURPOSE:To synthesize compound oxide in good repeatability sintered to be formed accurately into a plate shape by forming iron or alloy powder of containing iron into a sheet shape built in a battery, and simultaneously performing oxidation, changing into lithium and burn dispersion of a molding assistant at the time of temperature rise of the battery. CONSTITUTION:Iron or alloy powder of containing iron is molded into a sheet shape by using a molding assistant to obtain a positive pole for a sheet-shaped fused carbonate fuel cell. This molded positive pole is built as a fuel cell positive pole to increase a temperature of the cell to a melting point of an electrolyte or higher. Then, the positive pole and the molding assistant in an electrolyte unit are dispersedly burned during a temperature rise, and by oxygen in the air or in supplied gas, the iron or the alloy powder of containing the iron is oxidized to perform changing into lithium by lithium carbonate in the electrolyte. In this way, lithium ferrite is synthesized in good repeatability, and further the synthesized lithium ferrite can be molded to be sintered accurately into a plate shape so as to prevent generation of a warp or the like. |
