PURPOSE:To obtain the system having a notice function in the CATV system and especially a function distinguishing an urgent notice from a usual notice and informing the urgent notice to a subscriber surely regardless of key entry. CONSTITUTION:A CATV broadcast center sends an urgent notice signal different from a usual notice signal more than twice. A home terminal 14 is provided with a control circuit section 7 which discriminates whether the received notice signal is an urgent notice signal or a usual notice signal, sets a notice flag to an emergency notice mode when the terminal 14 detects the emergency notice signal and detects the content of the notice flag even when the emergency notice signal is again received and commands the repetitive notice operation. Thus, the notice operation is executed till a notice end signal is inputted regardless of key entry turning off a buzzer drive circuit 12. |
