PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call transfer device and an incoming call transfer method in which a transfer function may not be used by a third party without permission, the number of digits of an incoming sub-address can be efficiently utilized, and the operation by a calling terminal can be performed easily. SOLUTION: An information analyzing circuit 103 compares an originator number in an incoming SETUP with a transfer originating-accepted originator number which is preset in a memory 101. When the originator number coincides with the transfer originating-accepted originator number which is preset in the memory 101, the circuit 103 confirms whether or not an incoming sub-address is preset in the incoming SETUP, and transmits the telephone number preset in the incoming sub-address to an information editing circuit 104. The circuit 104 sets the telephone number of a telephone set 3 in an incoming address to generate an outgoing SETUP to make an automatic call.
