The tool incorporates a column (1) which supports the base, and a housing (4) arranged displaceably along the column to a selected level. A clipping device is connected to the housing and follows the housing vertical movement relative to the column. A level reading device (17) connected to the housing allows it to move vertically to a selected level, and a drive mechanism (6) is provided for the clipping device. The drive mechanism incorporates an activating hand grip (7). The clipping device includes a knife blade holder controlled to a linear displacement movement in the normal plane to the column axis and supports a knife blade for movement against a support supported by the housing (4). |
