Biopolymer Production Process This invention relates to the production of polysaccharide biopolymer by the culture of a selected microorganism in an aqueous medium. The use of a selected microorganism provides a biopolymer which has highly desirable viscosity characteristics. The biopolymer produced in accordance with this invention is potentially useful as a thickening agent.
