The appts. has a stirrer operated by a motor within a container, with an upper filling opening and a lower outlet opening at the base. The stirrer is a shaft from the base of the container to the upper filling opening, with radial arms. The container has a circular cross-section, vertically on the ground. The inner wall of the container has projections, in a spiral layout, running from the filling to the exit zones, as pins pref. with height adjustment. The container has feed valves and outlet valves, at different heights. The radial arms are keyed to the shaft. The motor is operated forwards and backwards at intervals. The container is supported on a mobile rolling chassis frame. ADVANTAGE - The appts. is suitable for producing papier mache using recycled paper material.
