Collection- and intermediate containers (1,2) are connected in a straight line, via a valve (23). Located around the intermediate container, is a fluid storage and mixing tank, with connections for the supply of a pressure medium (5) and to generate an underpressure, and for supply of a flushing material (6) from a mixing section (7) and its removal. A tube (9) with valve (10) is located between collection tank and mixing tank (3). There are tubes (11,30,25) with valves (12,15,23,30,31) between the tanks. A signal generator (34) is connected to a central device (17) to control all valves. USE/ADVANTAGES - In aircraft, railways, buses, boats. Good cleaning of collecting tank, prevents blockages, frost-resistant due to heater.
