<p>A thienoimidazopyridone derivative represented by general formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. In formula (I), A and B are different from each other, one representing -S- while the other representing -CH=; X-Y-Z represents -NR2-CH=N- or -N=CH-NR2- wherein R2 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or -CHR3-(CH2)n-R4 wherein R4 represents phenyl, n represents 0 or 1, and R3 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and R1 represents lower alkyl. The invention compounds are excellent in bronchodilatory and immunomodulatory activities.</p> |
