<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print having a high luster and an aesthetic sense of high quality which can be obtained by printing by an oil base ink printing machine and by combining with an active energy ray-curable overprint varnish. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable dry lithographic printing ink composition comprises a rosin-modified phenolic resin particularly containing a resin having a weight average molecular weight of 30,000-1,000,000, a petroleum resin, a vegetable oil or its fatty acid ester, a (meth)acrylic monomer or its oligomer, a colorant or a body filler, and furthermore a paraffin, an olefinic solvent or an organopolysiloxane.
