发明名称 REVERSIBLE THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL AND MAGNETIC CARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To hold a wide transparent temperature region after preservation by forming a thermal recording layer, which mainly comprises a resin base material and an organic low molecular substance and in which an ultraviolet absorber is blended with the main components, onto a base material and preparing a reversible thermal recording material. CONSTITUTION:Each fixed quantity of a resin base material, and organic low molecular substance and an ultraviolet absorber is dissolved into an organic solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, thus preparing a coating fluid for forming a thermal recording layer. The upper section of a base material such as plastics, a glass plate, paper, etc., is coated with a fixed quantity of the coating fluid, and the coating fluid is dried and the thermal recording layer is formed, thus acquiring a reversible recording material. An ultraviolet absorbing layer, in which the ultraviolet absorber is blended with a transparent resin base material, can also be laminated onto the thermal recording layer consisting of the resin base material and the organic low molecular substance in place of the compounding of the ultraviolet absorber into the thermal recording layer. A resin having a glass transition point of 80 deg.C or higher is used as the proper example of the resin base material, and a not less than 16C higher fatty acid is employed as the proper example of the organic low molecular substance. Phenyl salicylate, etc., are used as the proper example of the ultraviolet absorber.
